1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ba899 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services available at ba899.io.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the ba899 platform.
• "Player" means any individual who holds a registered ba899 Account.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ba899 Account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, deposit match, or other incentive offered by ba899 to eligible Players, subject to the applicable bonus terms.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer game, or other gaming product available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.2 By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.

2.3 ba899 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified to ba899's satisfaction, or where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, will be immediately suspended, all Wagers will be voided, and any winnings will be forfeited.

2.4 Residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the ba899 Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.5 ba899 does not permit the registration of more than one Account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 To access the ba899 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

3.2 You must provide a valid email address and/or mobile phone number. ba899 may use these contact details to send account-related notifications, security alerts, and promotional communications where you have opted in.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ba899 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 ba899 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code in addition to your password at each login.

3.5 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ba899 immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 ba899 is committed to the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, ba899 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

4.2 Before processing any withdrawal request, ba899 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account linked to your registered mobile number).

4.3 ba899 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage — not only at the point of withdrawal — if there is reasonable cause to verify your identity or the source of funds.

4.4 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 ba899 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.2 Deposits are credited to your ba899 Account within two (2) minutes of successful confirmation in your payment wallet. ba899 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which ba899 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required under the KYC process.

5.4 Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposits. ba899 does not permit the transfer of funds to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in your name.

5.5 ba899 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5.6 Chargebacks initiated against ba899 via any payment provider will result in the immediate suspension of your Account and recovery action for any outstanding amounts owed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 ba899 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

6.3 ba899 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn or cancelled, any wagering completed before the cancellation will be counted in accordance with the original terms.

6.4 Players who are found to have abused the ba899 bonus system — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing opposing bets across accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts suspended.

6.5 Bonus funds cannot be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash without meeting all applicable wagering requirements.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets placed on ba899 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the relevant rules before placing a Wager.

7.2 Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the ba899 system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. In exceptional circumstances — including obvious pricing errors or system malfunctions — ba899 reserves the right to void a Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account.

7.3 In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, ba899's decision, based on the relevant rules and official results, shall be final and binding.

7.4 ba899 operates casino games and live dealer titles supplied by certified third-party gaming providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed by the respective provider and are available within the game interface.

7.5 ba899 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, or other wagering restrictions on any Player or game at any time, with or without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba899 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to mask your true location or circumvent Platform restrictions.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against ba899.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ba899 staff or other Players.

8.2 ba899 actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct and reserves the right to share information with relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 ba899 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide all registered Players with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, available directly from the Account dashboard at any time.

9.2 Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

10 Intellectual Property

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ba899 Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3 Unauthorised use of ba899 intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or replicating Platform content — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The ba899 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ba899 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba899 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or errors in game software.

11.3 ba899 shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform. Gambling involves risk; you participate entirely at your own discretion and bear sole responsibility for all Wagers placed on your Account.
